This Diwali season was extra festive for us as we indulged in a grand celebration at Malhar Machi Luxury Mountain Resort. We hosted Utsav Anandacha – a unique Maharashtrian Food and Culture Festival, where our guests indulged in an authentic Maharashtrian menu curated specially by Madhura Bachal of Madhura’s Recipe fame. Our resort came alive with India’s rich culture and heritage through replicas of several of Maharashtra’s killas (forts) and an exhibition of weapons from Shivaji Maharaj Era.
At the core of our identity is a profound respect for the Indian culture and heritage and Utsav Anandacha was an ode to the same. |
